Support Options

We offer phone-based web site support and consultation for our customers. If you ever have a problem with your web site, or just wanted to discuss updating any of your pages, you're welcome to give us a call!

Phone-based tech support (without a warranty plan) is a flat fee of $10.00 per call for calls not lasting more than 20 minutes.

We can also offer chat-based tech support for users of the major chat clients, i.e. Yahoo! and MSN Messenger services.

All Web Packages including a warranty plan include a limited amount of phone or chat-based support.

We offer one free year of Technical Support with many of our Web Packages, although the customer can choose to "opt out" of the typical support options to reduce Package costs.

We can offer flexible hours for your support appointments, and chat based support can be offered almost anytime during the day.
